 What was the lowest point for me When I see my friends getting boyfriends and some of them ended with marriage, 

I got rejected by many? 

People started saying that this was happening because I’m overweight. And during that period, everyone I met always said that I needed to lose weight. 

It got to a point, I was scared to head out and meet people.
        
What’s the most embarrassing part of being overweight? Before this, life was difficult. 

I used to cover two seats while traveling, and didn’t even feel like walking down the street to buy something, I had to choose the clothes that fit my size rather than the clothes I actually liked.

I was not able to perform my daily activity like climbing the steps without feeling to take breath and support. I can't bend myself to tie my shoelace.

It had been bothering me for quite some time that my BMI was too high. I lost a few pounds of my post-pregnancy weight after stopping breastfeeding but still couldn’t reach the healthy BMI range.

I had tried many diets but none of them seemed to work. One day I came across a video about weight loss. 

When I saw it, I thought, “one more thing, why not try it and see”. The first weekend of starting the program, I saw that I had lost 4 pounds. It became the lifeboat I had been struggling to lay my hands on.

Start learning all you can about "emotional eating" and how to combat it. Learn to eat when your body signals hunger, not when it signals stress. (Easier said than done, at first, but you can do it!).

Look back on where you started weeks ago and write down all of the positive changes in your lifestyle and eating plan that have now been almost fully integrated.

How to make sure I don't lose my focus? For all these years, all my parents and I have hoped is to make me lose weight. 

At that time, standing on a weighing machine to check my weight was something everyone could dream of. 

When I started seeing weight loss on the same machine, I don't want to stop now. Exercise is now part of my daily routine, and even if I miss a day, it immediately leaves me on vacation.
